Battery Charging Efficiency

Battery charging efficiency is the amount of energy put into a battery that is stored within the charge. As some of the energy is stored, the rest is lost as heat, conversion loss, or side reactions. Efficiency can drop as a result of faster charging, higher state of charge, and extreme temperatures.
