Battery Life Cycle

Battery life cycle is the number of full charge-discharge cycles a battery can experience before its capacity degrades. The lifecycle is heavily influenced by battery chemistry, ranging from 3,000 to 5,000 cycles for lithium iron phosphate, 800 to 1,500 for lithium-ion, and 300 to 500 for lead-acid batteries. It is affected by depth of discharge, temperature, and charging rate.
